Know where you stand.
Decide what comes next.
Good preventive care begins with your story: your medical and family history, how you live, the results you already have and what you want for the future.
The aim is to turn that understanding into useful decisions, with clear reasons for the tests, changes and follow-up recommended for you.
Begin with a personal consultation. Your priorities, the scope of your assessment and fees are agreed before care begins.

Your care, step by step
From understanding
to a plan that evolves.
A continuing clinical perspective, from the first conversation to the next review.
- 01
Understand
Begin with your history, family background, existing results, daily life and the health you want to protect.
- 02
Prioritise
Agree what matters most, and which assessments or investigations could usefully guide a decision.
- 03
Act
Bring the findings into a clear plan, including practical changes, treatment or specialist input where appropriate.
- 04
Review
Return to your priorities, monitor what is relevant and adjust the plan as your circumstances change.
Clinical judgement at the centre.
Every investigation should have a clear purpose. Benefits, limitations and possible consequences are discussed with you. Where further expertise is useful, specialist care is coordinated around your needs.
How do I arrange a preventive health review?
Request a preventive health consultation with Dr Azhar. Dr Azhar will discuss your priorities and confirm the appointment, scope and fees with you. Your review begins with your medical and family history, existing results and the questions that matter to you.
Do I need to have symptoms?
You can discuss preventive care while feeling well. A preventive review considers risk factors, relevant screening and your longer-term priorities. New symptoms should be assessed as a clinical concern rather than left for a future preventive review.
Will I need scans, genetic testing or a large panel of blood tests?
Investigations are selected for your individual circumstances and their ability to guide a useful decision. Scans, genetic testing and broad test panels are not automatically included. Any recommended testing is discussed, including its benefits and limitations.
