    Executive GP

General practice built around a demanding working day

When your diary is full and your time is tight, seeing a doctor should not mean losing half a day. Dr Azhar arranges appointments around meetings and travel, sees you at home or at a hotel when that suits better, and keeps hold of the whole picture even when work gets in the way.

    The problem

A full diary makes ordinary care harder to fit in

Long hours and heavy travel push check-ups back, let a nagging symptom sit unaddressed, and make it easy to lose track of a referral between trips. A single doctor who knows your history and keeps a proper record makes that much less likely, whatever your week looks like.

A health review on your terms

Agreed with you, not off a checklist

Where a general health review would be useful, Dr Azhar agrees its scope with you first, based on your age, history and current concerns. Some people want a broad look at general health and risk factors; others want a focused review of one particular issue. Either way, the plan follows from that conversation.

    A proper review

A conversation about your history and current concerns, with examination and any tests agreed together and arranged as needed.

    Appointments around work

Clinic, home, hotel or video appointments, timed around a trip or a working day. Timings are confirmed when you enquire.

    Continuity between trips

The same doctor holds the thread, so a concern raised before you travel is picked up again the moment you return.

    Coordination

When you need a specialist or a test

If a specialist opinion, a scan or further investigation is needed, Dr Azhar arranges the referral and follows the result through, so you are not left chasing a report between meetings. Telephone and video appointments are useful for advice, follow-up and results; where an examination is needed, you are seen in person. Medication is prescribed only where clinically appropriate after an assessment, for you to collect from a pharmacy of your choice.

You deal with Dr Azhar directly and see the same doctor each time. Where he is away, he tells you and helps you arrange suitable alternative care.
