Clear arrangements.
Quiet coordination.
Direct contact with Dr Azhar, clear arrangements and thoughtful follow-up.
Begin with the practical details
Share your role, how to reach you, the preferred location and any timing constraints. If the enquiry concerns a child, say so. Detailed medical information can be discussed directly with the patient.
A personal response
Dr Azhar confirms what can be arranged, with timing, location and fees agreed before care begins. When the clinical concern is urgent, he responds personally and arranges assessment as promptly as is clinically and practically possible.
Coordination through you
You can remain the contact for practical arrangements, whether care takes place at a clinic, residence or hotel. Wider family arrangements can be discussed individually.
Clinical privacy respected
Medical matters are discussed directly with the patient. Information is shared with representatives only where appropriate and authorised.
How quickly can I be seen?
When an urgent concern arises, Dr Azhar responds personally and arranges to see you as promptly as is clinically and practically possible, including outside conventional consulting hours. Same-day appointments may be possible; timing is confirmed personally and depends on clinical need and availability. Website enquiries are not continuously monitored.
What does care cost?
Fees are confirmed before an appointment. For ongoing concierge care, the scope of the arrangement and fees are agreed in writing before care begins. Tests, specialist appointments and other charges will be clarified where relevant.
Can my assistant arrange an appointment?
Yes. Personal assistants, family offices and hotel teams are welcome to coordinate practical arrangements. Clinical information is discussed with the patient and shared with others only where appropriate and authorised.
