Fees are confirmed before an appointment. For ongoing concierge care, the scope of the arrangement and fees are agreed in writing before care begins. Tests, specialist appointments and other charges will be clarified where relevant.

Home and hotel visits can be arranged across central London, including Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair, Chelsea and Kensington. The location, timing and fee are confirmed when arranging your visit.

Yes. Personal assistants, family offices and hotel teams are welcome to coordinate practical arrangements. Clinical information is discussed with the patient and shared with others only where appropriate and authorised.

Dr Azhar lets patients know in advance where possible and helps arrange suitable alternative care during periods when he is unavailable.

Yes. Private care can sit alongside your existing NHS care. Relevant information can be shared with your NHS GP, with your consent, to support continuity.

Yes, for suitable advice, results and follow-up. An in-person assessment is arranged where examination is needed. Advice while abroad depends on your location, clinical needs and the relevant local requirements.

Please mention your child’s age and the type of appointment needed. Suitability depends on the circumstances; Dr Azhar will confirm whether he can help and discuss the appropriate arrangements.

Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate after a consultation and assessment, for collection from a pharmacy of your choice. The practice does not sell, supply or dispense medicines.

Yes. Blood tests, imaging and other appropriate investigations can be arranged. Dr Azhar reviews the results personally, explains what they mean and agrees the next steps with you.

Yes. When specialist advice is useful, Dr Azhar arranges the referral with the relevant history and results. He reviews the advice that follows and brings it into your overall care plan.

Medical confidentiality applies wherever you are seen. Assistants and hotel teams may help with practical arrangements; clinical information is discussed directly with you and shared only where appropriate and authorised, or required by law.
